Breathing and Relaxation for labour covers some of the essential tools you can use in the birth room to help you find your calm. I also explain during the class why these tools are important and we cover how your partner can support you with these too - Partners are strongly encouraged to join the live sessions

Preparing for breastfeeding looks into the basics of breastfeeding. This course is designed for the pregnant couple to learn what they can expect with breastfeeding and how to make sure you get the best start to breastfeeding. Supply challenges and nipple discomfort with feeding are all issues that link back to the early breastfeeding days and I want to make sure you overcome these before they even become a problem. Your birth also impact breastfeeding so it is good to have a plan based on the birth you are planning so that you know what to expect and how to prevent challenges.

Milk supply matters - tips for overcoming milk supply challenges

We can't measure how much milk baby is getting - so we don't always know if our milk supply is what baby needs. If you feel like your milk supply is low there are so many things you can do to increase your supply.
